Barefoot, guitar, field.

Julie, Marianah and I tried to make a music video and ended up taking pictures. Yes. We like
feet. A lot.

  1. Fun pictures!! :)

We made it to South Calona okay! :D Our first day of selling starts this evening at 6:00. I'm really excited! :D The hotel room is really nice and we got great booth locations in the vendor hall... so close to the main entrance! Yay! :D

I'll post pictures soon of the booths all set up. :)

    Miss you guys! :D

  3. Hello!

I'm Jessie. I am a Christian farm-girl like yourself. I really like your blog design, and I was wondering how you put multiple pictures under the header? I've been searching around, but no such luck.

    Anything would be really appreciated.

    Thank You!

    1. Hi Jessie!

Thanks for the compliment! : ) I love messing around with my blog design and do it much to often! ; )

I designed my collage in Picnik, saved it and then brought it over to FotoFlexer. Now this part is kinda confusing.... I uploaded another picture that was pretty basic and made it white with the applications provided in FotoFlexer, made it bigger and added my collage on top, making space at the top to add text. So then, I added the text, mereged the photo together and saved.
Picnik is no longer working, but a new site called PicMonkey has many similar features (all of it's free right now) that you can use.

I know this prob'ly sounds really confusing, but if you have any more questions feel free to ask in a comment!

      Hope it helps!

  4. Hi Allison.

Thank you SO much for the reply. But, for some reason, FotoFlexer dosen't work on my computer. Like I try to upload a pic, but it won't even load 1 percent. PicMonkey worked fine, but when you said you designed your collage in PicMonkey, did you mean you just edited the pictures, or really put the pictures together?

    Thanks Again!
    Jessie

P.S. I share the same issue with blog changing. It's is so ridiculous. :) Theres always another background or something I like better.

    1. I made my collage in FotoFlexer and added fonts in Picnik, but since Picnik is no longer available, PicMonkey is the next best alternative! Glad you are figuring it all out. It takes lots of time and patience! Or rather too much time and patience!

      Blessings!

  5. Hey, sorry, I thought of another question. :)

What kind of camera do you have? I would love to get a nice camera sometime, but I'm not quite sure what to get. From the way your pics look, It seems like you have a nice camera. They have really good quality.

    Thanks,
    Jess

    1. I have a Cannon EOS. I absolutely love it! The quality is amazing and I rarely have to edit the photos. It also records HD video, which is a plus! : )

  6. Hi again!

Sorry, I just like so much about your blog, I have to keep asking you about how you did things. :)

How did you put a background color behind your sidebar?

Ive been searching around for how to do this, but no luck neither.

    Thanks!
    Jess

    1. Hi Jess! I like questions so feel free to ask away! : )
The background for the side bar was a little tricky. (It's doubly tricky now that blogger has a new updated site. I cant find anything!!!)

First open your Template. You will see an orange button that says Edit HTML. Click and then scroll down until you find #sidebar-wrapper{ (yours may look a little different depending on what template you are using) Right under that add: background-color: #cecece; (that color is just an example. you can add whatever code you prefer. Make sure the";" is at the end of your code or else it won't work!!

      Hope this helps!

  9. Hi Allison.

Thanks SO much for all the info.

One more question. Regarding the Cannon EOS, which EOS do you have? Like, Rebel, or 600D, or what?

    Thanks a bunch
